The Annual General Body Meeting of the Tamilnadu Badminton Association (TNBA) was held in Chennai today (12.11.2017). In today's general body, the election for the post of president of the Tamilnadu Association was held. Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss was elected unanimous candidate for the second time.

Secretary to the Indian Badminton Association Bunia Chowdhury, Karnataka Badminton Association president N.C.Sudhir and Mr. Daniel (SDAT) also conducted elections as observers.

Later in the 32 Districts of Tamil Nadu, men and women were awarded cash prizes to veterans, trainers and coordinators.

Speaking to the public committee, the president og Karnataka Badminton Association N.C.Sudhir, in India, is not encouraged to offer cash prizes to coaches and coaches in any of these States.

But players, trainers and coordinators are encouraged to put aside funds in Tamil Nadu. For this N.C.Sudhir appreciated Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss. 

Later, Dr Anbumani Ramadoss thanked all state and district unionists for choosing himself again as the President of the Tamilnadu Badminton Association.

He further said that Tamil Nadu will not only play India's casualties but also work hard to win the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games.
